4 months old and Cartoons??

👶🏻My baby is 4 months and my husband tought him to watch that Baby Channel "Cartoons" 🙌🏼😬 I don't think it's a good thing.... Is any one else's baby showing interest in Cartoons??? """""""TV"""""""

It's funny because I see a lot of babies here watch cartoons. Unfortunately I watch a lot of Greys Anatomy so my LO likes watching it. Lol

My daughter absolutely loves watching the little baby bum nursery rhymes on you tube (I put this on the tv) I limit this to half an hour a day, but it makes her so happy and she laughs and laughs.

I also do a lot of interacting and playing with her, I don't see the harm in letting her have half an hour watching to, plus it gives me time to do the housework

If tv is on he might turn his head to watch it. But he mostly gets into watching football! it's not just hometeam either. it's all football! lol

Omg my son LOVES watching Mickey Mouse club house lol he can be crying and one I put that on he automatically stops and watches the tv lol

Thank you everyone; good to hear other babies love TV too!! lol. This babies are Smart!! My baby loves cartoons and when the commercials come on he fusses😬 and agree as long as it's not to much of anything it won't hurt.

Mine! Using the TV as a babysitter is what's bad! Some of those shows stimulate the brain and encourage certain developmental milestones. To much of anything can be bad but I don't think a lil will do any harm.

I came home from work one day and my baby and husband were watching crime investigation shows! I was so annoyed with my husband and told him I didnt want our baby watching tv much less a show with dead bodies and violence! Thing is our baby was quiet and tuning in like he wanted to know the ending to the 1967 cold murder case! Anyway, I have given in and do let him watch a bit of cartoons/educational shows when I need to get some work done around the house...oh and we did watch a little of "the voice" together yesterday lol...definitely no crime shows though 😑

Lmao!! My daughters been watching cartoon since 1 month. I put Netflix on while I'm getting ready for work and she's just smiling and laughing at the tv. I love it. At night time I limit and I read to her instead and she loves the pictures

Baby girl is 15 weeks today and she watches tv too. I hate it but hubby got her on it. I only allow it if it's learning material such as counting or abc's.. something like that. Helps me get a few minutes to get dressed and ready to head out! I do no more than 5-10 mins a day. I was completely against it at first but what's a few minutes hurt if they enjoy it ?
