Dreadful pain after sex....

Hey ladies, would really love your input if you're willing! I finally decided to do the big deed with hubby lastnight since it's been a few weeks for us. During the sex, I felt fine - we were careful to take it easy. That was around 12:30am. I was woken up about 30 minutes ago, now 4:30am with the most horrible lower back pain and pelvic pain. A dull ache that won't go away. It spreads around to the front but my back is where most of the pain is. I got out of bed, went pee (expected to see some bloody show) but there was nothing. I'm now on the couch trying to get the pain to subside. For those of you that are still having sex regularily, are these symptoms normal afterwards? If so, yikes! This is terrible! I'm 37w.
