Help a poor girl who is confused! 🙄

I recently have been sexually active again, and have unprotected sex (I have my reasons, don't need a lecture thank youuuu) and almost always have a UTI due to having one kidney and many issues with my bladder (but this has never happened before) it has a weird smell (almost like after sex smell) and I haven't had sex in a few days, I'm a really really really clean person being a woman with OCD who showers two times a day and use PHD healthy feminine wash and this just makes my skin wanna peel off, what the hell is the yellow stuff??
