Ok so I was on depo for 3 months, only had 1 shot that ended September 9th. Last night I had some pink/Brown spotting and it completely stopped right before I went to bed and hasn't came back. I'm having period like symptoms such as cramps, diarrhea and neasuesness. What's going on? Before my period came back without a problem. And yes me and my SO have been having unprotected sex trying to conceive our first child. Perod is usually at the beginning or the end of the month usually (before I got on the depo shot, it was at the end of the month.)
