I just found out I was pregnant about 3 weeks ago. Right after I had an interview with a great company. The pay is phenomenal, the career path is right where I want to be. The only problem is that I don't want to accept this new job and get terminated because I leave to give birth, I need to take time off for my appointments, etc. When they called to offer me the job I was shell shocked. I hadn't heard from them and I just assumed that I didn't get it and I would just stay where I'm at until the baby is born. I am waiting for their offer letter and I will see if I can talk with them about short term disability and holding my job while I'm out. Anyone else been through this?
