just wondering

Ok so I just miscarried and was wondering..if my hpt is coming up negative will I be party much ok to get back to ttc? My mc started 9/28 betas were only 181 did more 9/30 will get results tomorrow but did my hpt on 10/1 which was negative. My bleeding has completely stopped and I want to continue trying. Anyone who went through this let me know and anyone who experienced this and got pregnant right away/before a period please give insight.. Thank you !
