I don't know

Me and this guy have been fooling around for awhile and it was great and I thought I liked him but I didn't. Now it's a few months later and we were supposed to hang out on Wednesday but he "fell asleep" supposedly and over the weekend he had time to suck on another chicks boobs and take a picture but not enough time to text me back. I don't know why but it's  really bothering me for some reason.
