5+5 Am I too big?

I feel like I'm wayyyyyy to big to only be 5 weeks and 5 days 😞 I'm starting to panic a little. I'm super self conscious about my weight to begin with. I haven't been able to workout in a while because of my crazy work and school schedule (full time teacher and taking 3 grad classes) and I injured my foot/ankle. I just feel like the love child of a sow and cow lol
