what's going on??

Ok so my bf and I had unprotected sex earlier twice and he came in me both times. I just went to the bathroom & there was slimy blood!! Like blood and cum mixed. I don't know what's going on.... I've never had that happen. It hurt a tiny bit when we were having sex and at one point he almost missed my vagina and just hit the bottom of it kinda hard. Is there a chance he tore it? Or could I be bleeding on the inside from too much sex in a short period of time? Also, is it safe to use miconazole while TTC??
