Fenugreek

Currently taking fenugreek pills. Since I started a new job that leaves me no time to pump throughout the day my supply has diminished. When I do pump I'm only able to pump 1-2oz per breast. My lo isn't nursing as well bc the supply is so low he gets frustrated bc he has to work so hard. I've given up so many times but I refuse. Even w me supplementing & pumping 1-2oz. Hopefully I see some positive results soon.
