I may be saying goodbye 😢

I went to the ER this moRing due to bleeding that looked like my period came but still have a positive preg test they told me my hcg level was a 5 which doc said was very low do I either jus got preg or n the middle of a miscarriage n he told me to follow up Thursday so I ask everyone pray for me n the lil lentil 😢
