swelling after baby
Hey ladies! I had my baby 16 days ago. Still in disbelief that he is finally here...until he cries at 3 am.
Anyways! I am wondering if any of you are still swollen? It's not as bad as when I was pregnant but my hands and feet are still puffy. Is this normal? Anyone else have these issues? Any foods to avoid?
