Fit tea postpartum
Has anyone used the postnatal fit tea pills? I don't have a lactation consultant and my peds Dr doesn't comment on "herbal things ". . Is it safe? Did it boost milk supply ? I don't want to harm my baby , even though it says safe on the bottle.
