It wouldn't bother me one bit. Maybe support the head a little more but that's it. Breasts are made for feeding babies and society needs to stop making it taboo to breastfeed in public. She's a confident mother doing what's best for her child.

I would hold the baby better and cover up more. Just because her entire boob is out and that's really not necessary. Not to mention there are guys who will stare just because they are pervs! I don't mind breastfeeding, i would just rather see them covered a little bit.

I don't see it as a big problem but if it were me I would cover myself while doing it. There are plenty of perverts in this world and a lot of immature people who wouldn't know how to act just because they saw a mother breast feeding their child. We are in a world where what may seem okay to most is not okay to others. And with immature people you can never make them understand.

It's kind of creepy you took a picture of her. I personally wouldn't be in a hooters to begin with and I would be covering up by personal preference ( I try to be modest myself). To each there own.

Other than maybe holding him in a more comfortable position I wouldn't be bothered by her nursing her baby or the fact that it's at hooters hey baby needs to eat just like we do.
