Finding a fertility specialist

Hello ladies!

So after 6 failed Clomid cycles, my obgyn said it's probably time to go see a specialist. I really don't know where to start at all. What kind of things did you look for when deciding on a specialist? How did you guys handle the high costs that come with the treatments? And if anybody lives in the bay area in northern California & you have a specialist that you love please let me know who! Any advice from you ladies would be greatly appreciated, thank you & baby dust to all ❤
