So happy and a little scared

Friday sept. 30 i found out i was pregnant 😆 my first ever. The 4 of oct i whent to the doctor to confirm and because my pee test came back positive they didnt do a blood test also on the 4th i turned 5 weeks 😊 my my fright comes because i am a first time mom and ive read way to many articles on what could go wrong at such early stage. My husband couldnt keep the secret for 3 months so we've told our parents who are beyond exited! Ive had some cramping the doc told me that its normal as long as its not too painful and with spotting or blood which ive had none i guess i just want a pice of mind sence my obyn appointment isnt till the 1st of nov. Fist time moms how did u manage to relax and not worry? 🚫 also i have a horrible cough what do you ladies recomend taking🚫
