My vagina has a really sharp stabbing pains coupled with stabbing cramps but I'm not on my period and normally I don't have cramps in my vagina anyways. Especially if I flex my abdominal muscles I can feel it. I was feeling around for it (sorry.) to see if anything simple was wrong. I have this big lump that can go out from the wall of my vagina (I've always had it but is it normal?) it's definitely not my g-spot, it's actually parallel to it. It own I'm feeling like a little dent/hole in it that really hurts? I don't know what's going on, help!
