Mommas that work out in the morning
Im wondering if any of the mommas that work out in the morning before work know of anyways to not be so tired through out the day. Im almost 19w and I know I can have some caffine, I just choose not to. Does anyone know of any tricks to help me stay awake? Normally I wake up between 4:45 and 5 am. Then I work all day and usually go to bed around 10:30 or 11, if I havent passed out before then.
