I don't understand

Destynee • PCOS • 2 natural born • pregnant with our letrozole baby🤍
I didn't even test today because I've been getting nothing but BFN's yesterday I hit 14dpo. My symptoms started falling off but today I feel so sick and nauseous. Yesterday I had super sharp pains/cramps that made me double over. I just don't know what to think :(
