Induction question

It's my due date and no baby yet. At my last appointment, I was asked to come up with a plan for induction in case baby doesn't come this week. They offered me next Monday, two days before 41 weeks, and the following Monday, two days before 42 weeks. I really would like to avoid induction unless necessary, but I'm also worried about going too late, as I've been told there can be risks going past 41 weeks. Anyone else facing a similar choice? What are your thoughts?
