No extra lube on condom- breakage?

So me and my boyfriend just started having sex a couple months ago, ever since I started taking the pill. I'm very good about taking my pill on time and we use condoms every time we have sex. But we don't use any extra lube. Should I be worried about the condom breaking? And are my chances of getting pregnant with correctly taken bc and condoms slim to none?

It depends on how much natural lubricant you can produce. If you are able to make enough on your own then there is no risk of friction causing the condom to fail, but if you are not lubricated enough there is a risk of failure. As for getting pregnant with perfect use of the pill (99.9%effective) it's 1 in a 1000 will get pregnant. Condoms are 98% effective with perfect use meaning 2 in 100 get pregnant. Combined perfect use reduces your chances to 1 in about 50,000

You're smart to be doubling up on your protection with birth control and condoms. 
I've been having sex since I was 16 and I'm 21 now. I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years now and not once have we ever had a broken condom. We get pretty rough at times too. 
I've had a couple friends who have had condoms break on them before, though. 
They're supposed to be individually tested to ensure there won't be any breakage, but it still does happen. Never to me, though. 
Since you're good about taking your pill, your chances of getting pregnant if the condom broke are extremely slim. If that ever does happen, Plan B is still never a bad idea.
