disclosing pregnancy to employer

Thanks for advice in advance!

I've been interviewing for work and now have an offer on the table. Very time sensitive. I want to confidentially disclose my pregnancy because of the nature of the offer (covering maternity leaves for others) and how up front the employer has been about the terms. Any advice on how to go about doing this?

It is a part time music teaching job (after school).
