I don't know if there is an answer for this but I been putting in online applications for jobs in my town and even towns around me ( this would be my first job I feel because of my lack of work history I won't get a interview)I put in vouleter work I done and referrers I just feel no companies will be interested in me I haven't gotten any emails back or phone calls how long dose it take for a company to view there online applications or what can I do to make sure they do call me for an interview I really need this job badly 😭🤔 thanks ladies any tips or words of wisdom will help me ..
