bleeding since sex on Sunday

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can offer some insight. I had sex Sunday morning, was a little rough and he's fairly large. Had some very light pink discharge Sunday evening, and then Monday until today it turned to brighter red blood with small clots but has not been consistent like a period. Seems to be only when I pee and wipe and then other times I wipe and there is nothing. I'm due for my period on Saturday, I'm not on any birth control, but am not pregnant, he is infertile due to a hockey injury. If it was due rough sex, I feel like it should be done bleeding by now?
