Anemia in men
Anyone's SO or son ever dealt with an iron deficiency? I didn't think it was very common in men but I'm thinking my fiance may be having low iron. Any tips or suggestions?
A little back ground info- he works out in the heat all day and also goes to the gym nightly. It's not dehydration or low potassium.
