First Doctors appointment advice.

TTC #1 for 2 1/2 years and recently found out my husband is A OK! I set up a physical with my new doctor. I'm not sure if I should just bring it up ASAP during the visit or if I should just be like "oh by the way..." I set the appointment up as a full physical, would it be odd to just want to focus on one thing. I've had 5 physicals in the last 5 years because of my job lol.
