Is it safe for 1 month old to sleep in a rock and play?

My 1 month old will only sleep when she feels closeness-i.e.-being held or in a rock and play. I've tried swaddling her and putting her in her bassinet but she's not having it. She also likes the incline of her rock and play. Is it a safe spot for her to sleep?

My baby sleeps in her rock n play right beside my bed every night. The incline makes me feel a lot better than her being flat on her back.
