miscarriage?

Question

I went to the doctor today. I am scheduled to be almost 9 weeks. There was no heartbeat and the gestational sac was abnormal. My doctor wouldn't tell me for sure if it is a miscarriage but there wasn't even a fetus pole. Anything like this happen to anyone else?

Well that is what I'm worried about  I went to the er  two weeks ago. They did an internal ultra sound when I was 5wks 5 days they said they seen the safe where it needs to be but didn't see a baby  even gave me a hcg level which was 3500 I went back in  for my second hcg level and it was 5619 so it is going up. But tomorrow I have my first ob/gyn appointment  I'm hoping for a heart beat  I'll pray for you though I'm so scared to have a misscarriage again but I'm consistently nausea. So who knows
