BIRTH CONTROL

I'm thinking about getting back on birth control and I got of birth control because I always forget to take the pill and I was thinking the patch but I hear all these bad things about infections and I'm a dieabetic so infections and I don't do well haha and people say the shot make you gave so much weight and it does not work well any advice and thought or suggestions please I go for my appointment on Monday October 10th and I would like some feed back please comment
