Sexless relationship....

Is anyone else in a virtually sexless relationship?? I'm in a 4 year relationship, we love eachother and want to marry someday but over the past year I've been turned down almost everytime I've tried to initiate sex, I've felt like we never have sex ever, at least not enough but also figured that I'm being dramatic...until I looked back at my calendar and realized we've had sex only 9 times in a year.....ive brought this up again and again to my SO and it hasn't changed....
