Inlaws (what should I do)

Ok... this might be a rambling rant..

My fiance and I have been together for 5 years. And his parents have never liked me....

his family is old school (his mom is Filipino from the Philippines) and his Dad is from scottland and had my fiance very late in life.

The cultures are just so different from here (Canada)

Until we met he lived at home with them and worked part time... they did everything for him...cooked cleaned laundry everything....

Growing up he wasn't allowed to go out or have friends... he never learned to swim or ride a bike or drive a car because he was so sheltered. Never socialized so he's very shy...

But to me he's everything and I love him so much. He's come so far!

But they have been trying to break us up sense day one.....

They continuity bring him lunch to work...like I don't make sure he has lunch....they even still cook him dinner and bring it to him... I've been living with him for 4 years. ... and I cook him dinner every night!

The other day she packed him a lunch.... with little cookies in a baggie....like what is he 5!?!? He's a 30 year old man!

He won't invite them to our wedding...which is going to be a huge shock to them when we elope with no notification..... (in 20 days!)

They also have no idea that he's trying to make a family with me! Or that he's suffured 3 miscarriages with me....

I recently have just started ignoring them.... but it does hurt me.

Do I talk to them about it? ... ignore them?
