fitness for my own benefit

 Hey ladies. I'm 16 and have been going through a very rough time with self acceptance. I really need you advice. I want to get fit and healthy. But I physically and mentally do not have the drive. I'm sick of just thinking about it and not doing anything. I don't know where to start. I live on a farm and don't want to go to the gym. I need to know a few products/fitness things that have helped and that I could try. I'd like to start small and build myself up. I'm very unfit. Not so much fat. I just find it hard to run because I run out of breath so easy. I want to tighten my tummy my thighs and butt. Your advice would mean the world to me. Really want to make some progress. Thank you ❤️
