pains 👎🏼

Apologies for long post but here goes. Had a miscarriage at the start of July,period came back after 5 weeks,pretty normal 3-4days of it (which is normal for me) but Sept & Octobers periods have only lasted 2 days,with maybe the tiniest bit of spotting on 3rd day. That hasn't concerned me but both times around 3/4 days later i feel very crampy at my left side and sometimes brown spotting. Am I right in thinking its just the tail end of my period or anyone else had this and its been somethin unrelated?? Tia X
