Bbt temp times
I wake up multiple times a night. My husband wakes me at 6:30am to say goodbye, then I go back to sleep. Then my son wakes me up between 7 and 7:30am and that's when I've been taking my temp. Should I be taking it at 6:30 since that's when I first wake up, even though I'm still half asleep?
