scared mom looking for help!

Everything has been going great through my entire pregnancy then last week at my 38 week appointment my dr said my stomach was measuring small. I had an unltrasoind and baby is measuring 6pounds but a couple weeks behind on most measurments.. my Dr said not to worry but they'll just monitor me closely.. then at my Non stress test I noticed "IUGR" on my chart.. googled it and am in a state of shock.. any moms out there able to give me any advice? I'm 39 weeks going back for another ultrasound today and just so scared.
