Help, when and what can I start feeding my baby?

👶🏻My baby is finally 4 months and my Doctor said I may start feeding him at  4-6 months but wasn't clear.... I'm confused😬...I noticed my baby looks at us eating and looks at our food!!! I feel bad because I'm not feeding him...Can I start giving him fresh fruits and veggies 🍌🍲besides cereal???  What are other mommies doing???

I would wait until your doc gives you the official okay. My Lo will be 4 months Saturday and her 4 month appt is the 12th. She also stated we could start feeding anywhere between 4-6m. She one factor depends on head control. And she said to start with cereal. (We are choosing at oatmeal cereal instead of rice since our lo already has constipation issues) 
A lot of doc prefer you wait until 6 months as they're digestive system is more developed. 
I'm personally dying to start foods! Lol I think I will wait until 5 months even if the doc says we can go ahead.

Start with plain cereal like rice cereal is supposed to be better to start with bc its easier on the tummy. Then you go to green baby foods but you do one kind at a time like green beans for example you stay on that for like 4 days just to make sure there isn't an allergy after you get done with all greens o think you move to orange then yellow just remember each food you have to give them for a few days straight so you know there isn't an allergy
