10 days late but not pregnant!??!

Hey guys just after some advice please. Im not on the pill or anything, been like this for over year now... last time my period was this late was around the time of my wedding. Anyone know why it could be this late other then stress? I don't feel stressed other than worrying about this lol I might go to the doctors next week if it doesn't come? I took a pregnancy test the other day and it was negative too

sometimes home pregnancies aren't accurate so you should go see your gynecologist for an accurate reading. things that can postpone a period are 1. stress (like you said), 2. loss of weight or gain of weight (it has to be a large amount for both though), 3. excessive working out or physical activity, 4. if you were prescribed any new medications (your body is just adjusting. it wouldn't stay like that forever) 5. lack of sleep, 6. conditions such as endometriosis or the one i have is polycystic ovarian syndrome. i'm not a doctor so there might be other reasons but i'm sure you will be fine no matter what.
