should I wait?

So this morning I woke up with my underwear damp and my first thought was I must have peed myself but it doesn't really have a smell or color. I've done research (i know the internet isn't always right) but it's possible for your water to leak out instead of coming all at once due to many reasons. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow at 10:30 am. Should I wait and tell her tomorrow or should I call now?
