Husband doesn't want sex

My husband is more concerned with cuddling than having sex. He said he is lazy or he want to just cuddle and is okay with having sex a couple times a week. When we were dating we would have it 6 times a day (maybe like 3 lol) but we would have it ALOT. I have gained weight because I struggled with an eating disorder. He says I am sexy still and loves my body.. I am uncomfortable. I wear a t shirt and my pj bottoms at home. Because I'm comfortable in that. What should I do because I would like sex more? Changing my pill to iud made me want him to go slow for a bit until I get used to it again but that shouldn't change anything because he didn't want sex before much. I lost my virginity to him and he lost it to me. When I heard about men before I heard that's all they want and I was happy because that what I want too lol but I got a sweetheart but I want a sex beast. :(
