hidden romance??

So I found this guy and we had talked for a while last year. He had a girlfriend so we never spoke in person but we always flirted online and over text but we saw each other in school. I sent him pics and he sent me stuff but at the time I also sent his friends pics. ( I know I was a hoe) anyways. We are finally dating but he doesn't want me to post he is my boyfriend but wants me to say I have a boyfriend. And he doesn't want to post about me. Is it ok to feel upset over this even tho I don't want his friends to know either. They will talk crap because it's high school. 😁😓
