FET in November, any tips for taking meds?

So just finished the first part of our IVF cycle and froze the embryos Tuesday. (Woohoo!) Now we're gearing up for an FET on Nov 17. Anyone have any tips and tricks for the PiO and estrogen patches? I'll be switching 4 patches about every other day! Eep! And the PiO, gotta be honest, when the pharmacist laughingly suggested to bite on a stick, was not very helpful or funny. Thanks guys!
