Sitz bath kit with epsom salt
Have you used a sitz bath kit for post partum comfort? (The kind that goes over toilet). How do you incorporate epsom salt? I'm confused because the sitz bath kit comes with a plastic bag and tubing. Where does the salt go? Thanks!
