Has anyone experienced this with their LO?  My LO is 3 weeks old and I'm not sure he has it but for the last couple nights he's been screaming when trying to nurse or when he tries to take a bottle but this only seems to happen in the evening (witching hours). He really appears to be in pain though while trying to eat so that's why I suspect thrush. Is it possible it would bother him more in the evening? Or is there another reason he would scream while nursing in the evening? I'm pretty sure it's not gas. He does have a film of white on his tongue but it looks like milk and I don't see any other white patches on his cheeks or anything resembling cottage cheese. Any advice? I read that unless it's a severe case providers don't always prescribe medication for it.
