Has he ever not pulled out fast enough?

So, the other night, my husband and I were doing our thing and when he was about to finish I think he might have came inside of me, accidentally. He went to pull out and I think he was in such a hurry that he got caught up down there and didn't pull out fast enough. But, good news is, a good bit of it ended up on my backside (😂). I asked him afterwards "Do you think you came inside me?" And he got this 😳 look and was unsure lol.
