Is it just me or have any of you women had great success with some foods and then all of a sudden when you've been eating that one thing πΆπ½ no longer lets you eat it?! This has happened 2 times with me! Eggs first one of my favs and biggest source of protein being I'm in transition from a no meat, poultry, seafood or pork diet to a eating seafood on occasion diet. Now peanut butter!!! Like what am I supposed to do? I eat soooooo much peanut butter but now that it's come up once it's lost its luster for me... I need protein desperately because I'm a gastric bypass patient and my hair has recently started falling out which is a sign of low protein. I know I can only eat so much fish a week so I feel stuck. Any suggestions? TIA
