What constitutes "Spotting"?
There was the teensiest amount of light red matter in my small amount of vaginal discharge this afternoon after going pee... similar to the stuff you see shortly before a period start but like 1/1,000th of that amount. No cramps or blood otherwise, nothing following that.
I am just over 5 weeks and was not really worried about it because after that small amount, there was no more.
So tonight as I'm getting ready for bed, when the app asks if I spotted today, I said "yes, light" it got me all stressed out with its "insight" following my check-in telling me that only 20-30% of women spot during first trimester, be careful, and no tampons or sex.
What do you guys consider spotting? 🔴
