Red spot in eye and high blood pressure

I woke up today with a red spot on my eye. It actually hurts. I am also exhausted, and not throwing up at all. So I go to the emergency room and my blood pressure is 167 over 86. I am 35 and have multiple health conditions. 7 weeks 3 days pregnant. I tell all of the things to the e.r. doc, who draws blood tells me I am dehydrated and to go home. He didn't even look at my eye. Or check the baby. Or check anything to do either highblood pressure....

Should I go to a different emergency room if it's not better in the morning.
