Three weeks postpardum symptom...is this normal

It's been three weeks since I've had my son and feel like I have to pee often and sometimes I don't pee. It doesn't burn when I pee so I don't think its a uti but not sure. Wondering if its swelling or what it could be. Anyone else have this after childbirth?
