Boosting milk supply ftm

Help!!! Iv been trying to pump milk just incase of an emergency and id have to leave my son. so i only pump at night when hes asleep already my left boob makes 1oz after pumping for 20 min and my right boob makes 2 oz after pumping for 20 min. Is there any suggestions to help increase my supply?
