Sleep positions during pregnancy?

I am 18 weeks and 1 day and can't sleep on my back. The baby also kicks me hard until I move from my back to my side. I wake up with stomach pains sometimes from the kicking. I have a pregnancy pillow that helps keep me from moving to my back so it's nice. Has anyone had any sleeping position issues? I'm going mad not being able to sleep on my back. Life of being pregos! 😊

I always sleep on my stomach. I got a full body pregnancy pillow so I only sleep on my side's 😍😍 I sleep so well. Until I sleep somewhere else without the pillow then I'm back to my stomach lol

I was always most comfortable laying on my left side. The doctor said once I hit a certain point sleeping on my back was bad for baby anyways, so I began sleeping on my side early on to get used to it
